Specialty Fluids Equipment Over the past 7 years, North East Mud Services has strived to develop user-friendly fluid equipment. Since the air-drilling contractors do not expect to use fluid equipment often, we have taken the initiative to provide this service to the operators when needed. Our biggest achievement so far has been the development of a self-contained service rig tank. This tank is very portable and has all the necessary equipment mounted on board to drill or work on a well with fluid.  This service rig tank has the ability to mix its own fluid. It is equipped with a hydraulically-powered shale shaker and has a connection for all mud pump suction applications. All of our service rig tanks can be expanded into two-tank mud systems.  This small mixing hopper can be assembled and disassembled quickly. We can also provide a trash pump and all of the necessary plumbing.  With the need for better and more economical mixing facilities when stiff-foaming, NEMSco has developed a two-compartment soap tank with a mixing hopper on board.
